Sony has long been accustomed to miniaturization in the series "T", yet compact camera pocket, often with impressive technical specifications in relation to the size. The new proposals - the Sony TX20 and TX66 - are similar in design but have different characteristics.
The Sony TX20 is a rugged pocket-sized camera that can dive up to 5 meters deep, to withstand a shock to fall from a height of 1.5 meters and can withstand temperatures down to -10 degrees.
The machine, that works fully automatic, has an Exmor R CMOS sensor 16.2 megapixels and a 4x zoom Carl Zeiss. Equivalent on 35mm, a 25 to 100 mm (therefore, with a wide angle led) brightness f / 3.5 to 4.6.
Zoom is equipped with optical stabilizer, with Active Mode, against the risk of image blur in the photos.
To underline the characteristics of high-resolution LCD display: a diagonal of 3 inches and 921,600 pixels. A touchscreen display, which is controlled at the touch (not work when it is submerged).
A fast compact Cyber-shot TX20, which comes in continuous shooting mode at 10 frames per second.
Many advanced features. Among these, (HDR photo with wider dynamic range), Handheld Twilight, Anti Motion Blur, 3D photos, Sweep Panorama, in 2D or 3D, and the range of creative filters Picture Effects.
With the Sony TX20 can record video in full HD 1920 x 1080 in AVCHD format. During recording you can use the optical zoom, as well as simultaneously shooting photos with a resolution of 12 megapixels.
Compatible with Memory Stick Micro memory cards, both with microSD / microSDHC, the machine has declared a range of about 250 shots per charge (battery is lithium)

Anti-blink Function
It’s frustrating to capture the perfect shot, only to review it later and discover subjects blinked during the photo. The Anti-blink function works to help counter blinking and squinting. If a blink is detected in other shooting modes, a warning will be displayed after you take the shot.
